How it works
- Scoping call. We agree on the part of the business to assess, the metrics that matter and a fixed timeline.
- Interviews. We talk to the people who actually run the work, planned at three to six conversations.
- Systems and data. We look at the tools you already use, read-only, and the volumes and delays inside them.
- Map and sizing. We build the process map and estimate the cost of each leak using your numbers.
- Findings session. We walk you through the three priorities and the plan, and answer every question.
What we need from you

- Read-only access to the relevant systems, or exports of the data
- For healthcare companies, a Business Associate Agreement signed before we touch any patient data
After the diagnostic
If you decide to build the first priority with us within 30 days, the diagnostic fee is credited toward implementation. Implementation is one pilot, one metric, planned at two to three months, measured against the baseline from the diagnostic.
What it is not
- Not a software sale. We recommend the tools that fit your systems, including the ones you already pay for.
- Not a financial or accounting review. We assess operations and growth, not your books.
- Not a slide deck of generic AI ideas. Every finding is tied to a process, a number and an owner in your company.
